Job Title: IT – Application Architect II X 2
Location: Toronto, London, Ottawa, Montreal (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 12 Months

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Architect within IT OR 4+ years of prior Lead developer experience
  • Experience defining solutions sets from requirements
  • Strong MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
  • Experience presenting to large groups of people in person or virtually (50 people)
  • Jira and Confluence experience

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and adaptive to changes
  • Team player
  • Working collaboratively with the business

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Agile experience
  • contact Centre experience (IVR flows, desktop solutions, telecom etc.)
  • Experience with Agentic AI solutions
  • Amazon Solution Architect certification
  • Experience within high regulated environment – Banking, Financial institution or medical

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$62.00 and CA$67.00
