Job Title: IT Manager (Digital Transformation Focus)
Location: Winnipeg, MB (Onsiite)
Estimated Duration: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT point of contact between the client (West Tower) and the managed services provider (ETS)
- Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and scalability using technology
- Collaborate with internal business units to understand workflows and recommend IT solutions
- Oversee and coordinate IT-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage communication and prioritization of IT tickets, projects, and initiatives through ETS
- Participate in asset management and system planning
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic IT guidance
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT roles, with progression into leadership (IT Manager, Senior IT Analyst, etc.)
- Strong understanding of business processes and how technology drives outcomes
- Proven experience leading or contributing to digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align IT with business priorities
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$80,000 and CA$90,000
