Job Title: IT Manager (Digital Transformation Focus)

Location: Winnipeg, MB (Onsiite)

Estimated Duration: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary IT point of contact between the client (West Tower) and the managed services provider (ETS)
  • Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and scalability using technology
  • Collaborate with internal business units to understand workflows and recommend IT solutions
  • Oversee and coordinate IT-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Manage communication and prioritization of IT tickets, projects, and initiatives through ETS
  • Participate in asset management and system planning
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic IT guidance

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in IT roles, with progression into leadership (IT Manager, Senior IT Analyst, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how technology drives outcomes
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to digital transformation initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align IT with business priorities

 

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$80,000 and CA$90,000
