Job Title: IT – Testers V
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 5 Months

Job Description:
Develop and execute test scenarios for functional system integration and acceptance testing for single or multiple platforms Develop test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure quality applications. Execute tests to ensure results achieve documented goals and objectives. Define criteria for testing and provide results analysis.
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Tester/QA
  • Knowledge of in house programming methodologies (Java, C++ etc)
  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft platform and concepts
  • Working knowledge of server administration and version control software (e.g. PVCS)
  • Working to expert level knowledge of testing tools such as WinRunner, Mercury/Quicktest and Mercury

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • ISTQB certification
  • Agile experience
  • Accessibility testing experience

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$31.00 and CA$36.00
