Job Title: Junior Platform Specialist (Salesforce)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Platform Specialist to join our Quote and Buy team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Salesforce technology and eager to grow their expertise across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You’ll play a key role in supporting our business by managing day-to-day platform requests and ensuring smooth operations for our Salesforce ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Handle BAU (Business-As-Usual) requests from business stakeholders for Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Support configuration, data management, and troubleshooting within Salesforce platforms.
- Collaborate with the Sales Cloud Platform Specialist and Marketing Cloud Automation Manager to deliver enhancements and maintain system integrity.
- Assist in user management, reporting, and campaign execution.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud).
- Familiarity with CRM concepts and marketing automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
- Insurance industry experience is a strong asset but not required.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) are preferred.
- AI comfort level is a nice to have

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$40.00 and CA$50.00
