Accountabilities:

  • Lead the redesign of existing business processes associated with technology practices to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Drive through change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of re-engineered processes.
  • Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Ensure that redesigned processes comply with internal best practices.
  • Benchmark internal and external practices to identify innovative approaches that can be adapted to the organization.
  • Create and maintain a repository of process improvement tools, templates, and case studies.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and inform future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of process re-engineering initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational strategies and goals.
  • Contribute to governance forums and steering committees to provide oversight and strategic input.
  • Promote transparency and knowledge exchange across project teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Own process redesign and optimization decisions.
  • Influence strategic alignment of projects and practices.

Individual Metrics

  • Number of process improvements implemented.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with process re-engineering initiatives.
  • Adoption rate of re-engineered processes.
  • Number of KPIs established and monitored.

Shared Metrics

  • Alignment of projects with enterprise strategy.
  • Overall efficiency gains achieved through process re-engineering.
  • Reduction in process cycle times

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$79,000 and CA$125,000
