Marketing Analyst

Achieving Canadian Tire’s goal of being the number 1 retailer in Canada means a world class Triangle loyalty experience. This role will play an integral part in driving Triangle Registrations and long term engagement.
Position Overview: As a Marketing Analyst on the Triangle Registration and Onboarding team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our campaign operations, measurement, planning, and performance analysis. Your efforts will be instrumental in consolidating and presenting data and insights to the team so they can effectively run campaigns and initiatives that will improve Triangle Registration and long term engagement. The successful candidate will need strong communication skills and be able to collaborate with several teams including the Triangle Data Products and Data Science teams. This position requires you to be in the office 4 days a week at our 20 Eglinton location.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations & Management: Assist in the ideation, execution, and optimization of campaigns aimed at enhancing registration.
Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives. Provide actionable insights to improve future campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Planning & Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for future campaigns. Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Executive Scorecard Preparation: Prepare comprehensive executive scorecards that highlight registration and onboarding performance metrics. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for future campaigns. Propose data-driven strategies to capture these opportunities.
Collaboration with Triangle Data Science & Data Product teams: Work closely leverage marketing technologies effectively. Partner with the Data Science team to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, etc.
Experience with marketing automation tools
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders at various levels.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in the office 4 days a week at our 20 Eglinton location.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$88.00 and CA$53,000
