Duties :

Join our client’s Canada Marketing Team for an exciting opportunity as a Marketing Manager for the Accountant segment. As a member of the Accountant Marketing Team, the successful candidate will manage and execute marketing initiatives to support growth within our Desktop Migration and Quebec segments.
These segments are a key focus for the business, and the ideal candidate will be tasked with uncovering key insights to unlock growth via marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Our ideal candidate is someone with hands-on experience in managing and marketing channel partner programs, lifecycle marketing, and sales engagement.
  • Reporting to the Principal Marketing Manager, you will work with channel partners and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and great customer experiences. The Marketing Manager, Accountant Segment will: Leverage insights and data to develop a 1-year marketing plan for DTM (desktop migration) and Quebec
  • Manage execution and implementation of integrated tactics to support marketing programs (email, IPD, content, sales enablement etc.)
  • Project manage initiatives between cross functional teams, guiding initiative from implementation to post analysis
  • Own and manage segment results tracking, with the ability to spot trends and provide recommendations
  • Strategic thinker with experience partnering cross functionally to ensure overall strategy and objectives are maintained 

Required Skills :

  • Strategic planning skills: use data and insights to articulate an actionable 1-year marketing plan
  • Campaign management skills: achieve business results managing multiple projects, driving campaign segmentation and targeting, leveraging test design and measurement best practices, managing channel mix for maximum impact
  • Relationship management skills: ability to influence great work and partnerships with internal/external partners with ongoing thoughtful and actionable work input Extensive and applied knowledge of marketing communication best practices: planning, measurement, messaging, channels Demonstrate ability to write effective creative briefs and evaluate creative Demonstrate proficiency with self-service data tools and can define requirements for tracking, analysis, and reporting Understand success metrics and prioritize analytics requirements to focus on the most important problems 

Education (if required) :

  • Post-secondary education in relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years B2B marketing communications experience.
  • Direct marketing experience in SaaS, Telco, Financial Services an asset.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$45.00 and CA$55.00
