Job Title: Marketing Manager III

Location: Toronto, ON

Estimated Duration: 12 months
 

Duties:

This individual will be accountable for improving user experience, conversion funnel optimization and experiment design, and executing A/B split tests and multivariate testing for all QuickBooks Small Business and Mid-Market customers within the Canadian market. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include: Define and execute a web roadmap that aligns with business goals, focusing on growing volume and quality of signups End-to-end planning and execution of tests, from identifying opportunities, creating hypotheses, prioritizing tests, and analyzing results to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates Test all facets of web content, including call to actions, messaging, imagery, layouts, components and engagement strategies. Extensive use of web analytics (e.g. pathing & fallout analysis, data mining, feedback/surveys, etc.) to understand site behavior and identify actionable insights Manage, maintain, and communicate experimentation calendar, ensuring stakeholders are aware of timelines, dependencies and risks associated with initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and engineering to support web initiatives and ensure timely and successful execution Track and analyze KPI trends, specifically related to website conversion and lead generation for sales.

Skills:

7+ years’ experience performing A/B split & multivariate testing, including setup, establishing methodologies, and using testing tools (i.e. Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO) Deep knowledge and comfort with Analytics tools (Adobe preferred) Proficient with testing and statistical concepts Innovative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas, nurturing a culture of creativity & continuing to raise the bar on business performance Strong presentation skills with the ability to tell stories with data; ability to influence and persuade stakeholders and working team members Ability to define strategies based on business goals & customer insights, lead with a hypothesis and translate them into actionable tests & implementation plans A bias for action Strong facilitation and influencing skills necessary to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives, and to be effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and fast-moving environment Passion for delighting customers & using customer insights to improve end-to-end experiences

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Stats required

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$75.00 and CA$80.00
