Marketing Manager – Mobile Conversion

Duties:
  • Responsibilities: Define our mobile customer including what’s important to them, what we will promise them, and how we will go to market to achieve our 1 and 3 year goals.
  • Migrate current mobile web customers to our mobile app; apply mobile best practices to develop an app-only strategy.
  • Create differentiated, insights-based messaging and claims in partnership with Brand Marketing and Legal.
  • Partner with research, martech, digital channels, and lifecycle marketing teams to create awesome end-to-end customer experiences to accelerate growth.
  • Work with partnerships leads to enable 3rd party app to app experiences. Influence the product roadmap through close collaboration with Product Management.
  • Analyze business data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results.

Location – local to Toronto only – come onsite twice a week.
Interview – 2 rounds with a mini craft work.

Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of mobile marketing experience bringing new offerings to market, and driving revenue & customer growth. Emphasis on mobile fintech is a plus.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest impact near-term and long-term levers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation with clear examples of using data actively for customer insights, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong track record of leadership and influencing skills in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work through ambiguity to define clear objectives and deliver business impact.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$60.00 and CA$70.00
