Job Title: Marketing Project Manager – Campaign Operations
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 12 Months
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Email and SMS marketing. This role will serve as a key project lead within Adobe Workfront, partnering closely with marketing, creative, and channel teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience managing end-to-end campaign lifecycles, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary project manager for marketing campaigns managed through Adobe Workfront

Lead campaign execution from intake and planning through deployment and post-launch review

Manage timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and approvals across multiple teams

Support a channel mix that is approximately:

75% Email and SMS campaigns

25% Direct Mail and Organic Social Media

Partner closely with email/SMS marketing teams to ensure accurate targeting, creative readiness, testing, and deployment

Coordinate with creative, compliance, analytics, and channel stakeholders to keep campaigns moving efficiently

Identify risks, resolve blockers, and proactively communicate status updates to leadership

Maintain best practices for campaign workflows, documentation, and process improvement within Workfront

Support continuous optimization of campaign processes and operational efficiency
Must-Have Qualifications
-
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting marketing campaigns

Hands-on experience using Adobe Workfront to manage campaign workflows and deliverables

Strong background supporting Email and SMS marketing campaigns (majority of workload)

Proven understanding of campaign creation from start to finish, including intake, build, QA, launch, and post-campaign review

Experience coordinating across multiple marketing channels simultaneously

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience supporting marketing efforts in the Utilities or Energy sector

Background working in both B2C and B2B marketing environments

Familiarity with direct mail production workflows and/or organic social media campaign coordination

Experience driving process improvements or standardizing campaign workflows
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $40.00 and $60.00
