Measurement Analyst

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Measurement Analyst to support the accurate processing, validation, and reconciliation of measurement data. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, investigating discrepancies, processing volume adjustments, and supporting measurement operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze measurement data to identify discrepancies, trends, and data quality issues.
- Investigate and resolve measurement variances through research and collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners.
- Process measurement volume adjustments in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform data audits and ensure the accuracy of measurement information.
- Monitor and reconcile measurement data, identifying exceptions and initiating corrective actions.
- Review meter calibration reports and assist with volume corrections.
- Support point setup and maintenance within measurement and accounting systems.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and respond to internal and external measurement inquiries.
- Assist with process improvements, system enhancements, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with field personnel, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with data analysis, measurement processing, reconciliation, or similar analytical responsibilities.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with measurement or accounting systems.
- Knowledge of data validation, volume balancing, reconciliation, or auditing processes.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting technical or operational data.
- Familiarity with industry measurement standards and best practices.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $33.00 and $38.00
