We are hiring an experienced MEP Superintendent with 10+ years of hands-on construction experience to oversee field installation and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role ensures all MEP work is executed to the highest quality and safety standards while maintaining schedule and budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily MEP construction activities and workforce in the field

Coordinate and schedule MEP subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections

Interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to guide field installation

Monitor installation for quality control and adherence to plans and code requirements

Enforce site safety standards and participate in regular safety meetings

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other superintendents to ensure alignment across trades

Identify and resolve field issues in real time to avoid project delays

Track daily progress and report field conditions to project leadership
Requirements:

10+ years of MEP field supervision or trade leadership experience

Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Strong coordination and communication skills to manage subcontractors and resolve issues on-site

Knowledge of construction safety protocols and local codes

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Experience with construction management tools and reporting software (e.g., Procore, Fieldwire)

Trade certification or relevant technical training preferred
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $75.00 and $105.00
