Job Title: Office 365 Solutions Architect (Sharepoint Migration Specialist)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 6 Months
O365 Migration Architect (SharePoint / O365)
Our client's Corporate Real Estate Management Corporate Security division is undertaking a critical initiative to migrate its existing SharePoint 2013 environment to SharePoint Online, including the transition of all Nintex workflows to Power Automate, Nintex Automation Cloud or a suitable platform due to the endof-life support of SharePoint 2013.
The SharePoint & Workflow Migration Specialist will assist in the planning and leading the execution of two major modernization efforts within the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) Corporate Security division.

This includes assessing current site structures, analyzing content and metadata, defining and applying data mapping and transformation rules, implementing updated metadata and retention requirements, and ensuring that all migrated content aligns with approved SharePoint Online site designs, information architecture, and governance standards.
The second migration effort involves evaluating the division’s existing Nintex workflows and rebuilding or migrating them to Power Automate, Nintex Automation Cloud, or another suitable platform. The Specialist will review current workflow logic, identify opportunities for optimization or redesign, and ensure that all automated processes are modernized, secure, and fully compatible with the SharePoint Online environment.
The Specialist will lead both migration streams and collaborate closely with technical teams, business units, and information management stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition, minimal disruption to operations, and successful adoption of the new SharePoint Online and Power Automate solutions.
