Position Overview
Tundra Technical is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support day-to-day office and operational functions at a site in Cedar Creek, TX. This role is contract-to-hire and will play a key part in maintaining office operations, supporting billing and administrative processes, and assisting with onboarding and internal coordination.
This position is open due to an internal promotion, and training will be provided over the first 2–4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general office administration and filing

Support basic billing and invoicing processes

Manage and track timesheets with strong attention to detail

Order office supplies and equipment through Office Depot

Assist with expense approvals

Maintain and move digital records

Support fleet management activities

Assist with onboarding of new employees and act as a lead onboarder when needed

Support safety meetings and related documentation

Assist with SLQs and other operational documentation

Perform notary duties (nice to have, not required)
Required Qualifications

Experience with basic billing or administrative accounting tasks

Strong attention to detail, especially with timesheets and documentation

Experience ordering office supplies and coordinating office needs

Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable working in a regimented environment with deadlines
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Accounting experience

Business development experience or interest, particularly in the local Bastrop area

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $20.00 and $25.00
