Summary of responsibilities:
Operational Support;
– Support company processes, through analysis, process review and training of users. Improving operational performance by translating business problems into effective supply chain solutions.
– Operations Data and stock requirement analysis in order to maintain sufficient stock in support of our operations. Gathering and analysing data in support of sales and repair strategy and companywide process optimisation.
Results;
Efficient operations processes, all users sufficiently trained, sufficient and cost-effective stock availability to support operation.
ERP Support;
– Quantum Control process support.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Collect and organize information from various sources, including computer data and sales histories.
• Conduct interviews with employees and managers to gather insights.
• Identify and solve problems in various fields or specialized areas.
• Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems.
Advise managers on findings and recommend courses of action.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
• Develop new processes and procedures to enhance operations.
• Train employees on new systems or policies. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as needed
• Provide support for larger scale ERP projects and features( Mobile Warehouse, Contact Manager, etc)
• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
• Primary person responsible for ERP errors and process review
• Help foster trusting relationships with internal departments
• Collaborate with all departments and divisions to implement effective systems
• Track KPIs and report on MRO and supply chain’s performance.
Prerequisites:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
• Bilingual (French/English, spoken and written)
• Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management)
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel), relational databases, ERP systems (e.g. Quantum Control) and Business Intelligence Reporting Tools (e.g. Crystal Reporting, Power BI, SAS, Tableau etc).

L'échelle salariale que l'employeur s'attendrait raisonnablement à payer pour ce poste se situe entre CA$70.00 et CA$120.00 .
