Job Title: Operations Officer II
Location: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid)

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Receives requests through Salesforce from financial partners, manages Registered Retirement Plans in accordance with CRA guidelines, ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and tax deductions, and processes withdrawals related to retirement funds.
Must Have skills
- 2-4 years of banking/ FI experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Compliance background
SOFT SKILLS:
- Accuracy and Attentional to detail
- Prioritization skills
- Tech savvy
- Team player
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Prior experience with RRSP funds and processing withdrawals
- CSC certification
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$22.00 and CA$25.00
