Sous la supervision du gestionnaire de département, l’Opérateur doit ajuster sa machine, respecter les normes établies et l’ordre des priorités.
Rôle et responsabilités
- Vérifie que les lots de matériel dédiés à l’opération sont adéquats.
- Vérifie régulièrement avec le Gestionnaire du Buffer que l’ordre de priorité des tâches est adéquat et correspond aux exigences du flux de production selon les principes du TOC.
- Communique avec son chef d’équipe toute anomalie ou variation du produit afin d’éliminer de la production les pièces défectueuses qui pourraient être rejetées plus tard sur la ligne de production.
- Ajuste la machine en fonction du type de matériau utilisé.
- Place les pièces à l’entrée de la machine et les récupère à la sortie.
- Répète l’opération si nécessaire.
- Redispose les pièces en lots, prêtes pour l’étape suivante de la production.
Exigences en matière de connaissances et compétences
- Diplôme d’études secondaires, équivalence ou expérience de travail
- Bilinguisme (Atout)
- Disponible pour une rotation des quarts de travail
- Dextérité manuelle
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Facilité d’adaptation à diverses situations
- Attitude positive
- Connaissance du système VKS (Atout)

Job Description
Under the supervision of the department manager, the Operator must adjust his machine, respect the established standards and the order of priorities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Verifies that the batches of material dedicated to the operation are adequate.
- Regularly checks with the Buffer Manager that the priority order of tasks is adequate and corresponds to the requirements of the production flow according to the principles of TOC.
- The operator communicates with his team leader any anomalies or variations in the product in order to eliminate from production faulty parts that could be rejected further down the production line.
- The operator adjusts the machine according to the type of material used.
- The operator places the parts at the entrance of the machine and picks them up at the exit.
- Repeat the operation if necessary.
- Redispose the parts in batches, ready for the next production step.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma, equivalency, or work experience
- Bilingualism (Asset)
- Available to do shift rotation
- Manual dexterity
- Trouble shooting skills
- Ability to work in a group
- Adapt easily to various situations
- Positive attitude
- Knowledge of the VKS System (Asset)

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$22.15 and CA$26.00
