Duties: Our client is looking for a passionate Partner Development Consultant to join us in our mission of powering prosperity around the world. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities:
  • You’re responsible for growing, developing and managing  relationships with accountants in practice
  • You can leverage data to manage pipelines, develop deep relationships with clients and act as a strong advisor.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator able to run meetings and deliver demos.
  • You’re data-driven and actively use metrics to monitor performance, trends and risk management.
  • You are always on top of your KPI’s and are able to control all your inputs, with outstanding organization skills
  • You’re a strategic advisor and innovate on the business model as appropriate, incorporating best practices from other companies and from within.
Skills:
  • You have a track record of success in a Business Development Management role or similar.
  • You are customer obsessed and strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • You’re a chameleon, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • You’re self-motivated, tenacious and balanced individual who brings ‘can do’ motivation to work every day
  • You are a strategic thinker who can focus on the big opportunities and who will dig in to make it happen.
  • You’re a problem solver with the ability to innovate and analyze alternative solutions – specific to the target at hand.
  • You’re detail focused and execute with excellence while owning the outcome.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$35.00 and CA$45.00
