    • Ensure transparent communication across teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Agile Project Management:
    • Act as a traditional Agile PMO team member, contributing to the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Agile processes.
    • Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring that all teams are aligned with Agile practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with project managers, development teams, and vendors to ensure all project activities are on track and potential issues are identified early.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including status reports, action logs, and risk registers.
    • Prepare clear and concise reports for leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in PMO support or project management within Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ability to support Agile teams effectively.
  • Proven experience in managing and tracking progress across multiple workstreams and resolving interdependencies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a multi-vendor setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similar.
  • Experience working in multi-vendor environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
