Responsible for the tracking and reporting software currency remediation across all of client.
Projects: They will be a part of a current ongoing project to remediate/plan for remediation of software components.

Typical Day in Role:
The Analyst will be responsible to review Software Currency (SWC) remediation plans submitted by application team for accuracy and completeness. There will be some interaction with the application owners to understand deficiencies, risks and assumptions within the plans. In addition, there will be the responsibility to collect status and any issues encountered during the execution of these plans. Raising of issues to management teams or assisting the application teams in adjusting the plans. This could also involve the tracking of ServiceNow requests for decommissioning or record system management.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- Basic understanding of project management and review of key milestone dates in plans
- Must be able to track given tasks and identify dependencies.
- Should have knowledge of computer and technical terminologies.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience in MS Excel
- Experience with a software currency program would be a benefit.

- Strong analytical skills
- Eye for detail
- Good communications skills
- Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
- Quick learner
- Willing to do repetitive tasks.
Education & Certificates:
- Bachelors in computer science or equivalent degree

Looking for an entry level candidate who is eager to learn, has an eye for detail to identify the variances in a solution pattern and create a new pattern to apply going forward. They are able to adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.
Interview schedule:
1st round – Teams – 30 mins – HM + Panel (intro)
2nd round – teams – 30 mins – HM + Panel (Technical)
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$30.00 and CA$40.00
