Job Title: Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid)

Estimated Duration: 12 Months

Description:
The Program Manager – Cybersecurity will be responsible for planning and executing key components of the Cybersecurity Program, including initiatives like Zero Trust, Identity and Access Management, and regulatory compliance. This role coordinates multiple workstreams across business and technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes that improve resilience and reduce cyber risk.

Working closely with cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders, the Program Manager will help ensure that the program stays on track, on budget, and aligned with enterprise risk and compliance priorities. This role will co-report to cybersecurity leadership and EPMO and will be a key member of the team driving forward security transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise cybersecurity initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to align goals and priorities
  • Support and maintain program governance, including steering committees and reporting
  • Track program risks, dependencies, issues, and ensure mitigation plans are in place
  • Prepare regular updates and executive dashboards on program performance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, and vendors
  • Champion a culture of cybersecurity awareness and continuous improvement
  • Assist in developing documentation, tracking KPIs, and enabling strong stakeholder engagement
  • Manage projects, workstreams, and initiatives within the program
  • Participate in the development and evolution of Program Management methodologies and practices 

Qualifications:

  • A desire to contribute to the cybersecurity maturity and business resilience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, cross-departmental initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, team-first approach to problem-solving and delivery
  • Ability to prioritize, manage competing deadlines, and stay solution-focused
  • Strong interest in developing skills in program or project management
  • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or business operations is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, CIS Controls) is helpful but not required
  • Knowledge of Program management methodologies and practices

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$100.00 and CA$105.00
