Program Manager – Integration Management
Our client is seeking a skilled Program Manager to support integration efforts for U.S. Utilities acquisitions. This role involves developing and monitoring long-term integration programs, managing Transition Services Agreements (TSA), and overseeing governance and reporting. The position offers opportunities for growth, requiring adaptability and proactive engagement in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage integration programs using structured tools and processes, including planning, execution tracking, and functional collaboration.
- Facilitate business workshops to determine integration needs, solutions, and execution plans.
- Develop and maintain Gantt charts, providing updates, identifying risks, and ensuring timely communication.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, and cost impacts, applying critical path insights to drive action.
- Lead IPMO meetings, ensuring progress tracking, collaboration, and effective communication across SMEs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and external stakeholders.
- Track performance metrics, adjust plans as needed, and manage variances.
- Collaborate with functional SMEs, leaders, external partners, and consultants.
- Support financial analysis, including project forecasts, integration budgets, and TSA costs.
- Contribute to option analyses and recommendations for integration program decisions.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between acquiring and acquired organizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in finance or program management.
- Expertise in program management, project controls, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience in TIS and gas utilities is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Physical & Mental Requirements
- Ability to perform tasks such as typing, sitting, standing, and light lifting (up to 20 lbs.).
- Capable of sustained focus, managing priorities, and solving complex problems.
- Proficient in following instructions, organizing tasks, and preparing reports.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $90.00 and $100.00
