Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects:
Can you please provide an overview of what a typical day in this role would look like, including any team members they’d be working with, structure, size, and day-to-day duties
- Lead daily stand-ups across API, backend, and integration teams
- Coordinate across business stakeholders (pricing, analytics) and engineering teams
- Track dependencies across multiple upstream systems (rates, adjustments, customer data)
- Manage delivery of API integrations and batch/digital flows
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data availability and system dependencies
- Drive planning, execution, and release coordination for MVP delivery
- Provide leadership updates on delivery progress and key risks
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years experience as a Technical Project/Program Manager in API-driven or integration-heavy environments
- Proven track record delivering multi-system integration projects (REST APIs, backend services)
- Strong stakeholder management across business (pricing/analytics) and engineering team
- Experience managing data-dependent initiatives (e.g., external data feeds, lookup tables, analytics outputs)
- Ability to manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle (planning, execution, risk, release)
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience in banking or mortgage domain (pricing, lending, renewals)
- Familiarity with pricing engines / rate calculation systems
- Exposure to Azure / microservices architecture
- Experience delivering lightweight MVP-style solutions vs large transformations
- Understanding of segmentation or analytics-driven business models
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$86.00 and CA$96.00
