Project Controls Manager
Accountabilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in project controls, working within an integrated team covering cost control, estimating, scheduling, risk management, and records management.
  • Execute project controls processes through close collaboration with project management, finance, commercial, risk, and executive leadership teams.
  • Assemble, analyze, and communicate accurate and timely cost and schedule performance information, including reporting to senior project and organizational executives.
  • Support delivery of the project within approved budgets through cost management, forecasting, and proactive change management, including identification and documentation of potential changes.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance project controls management plans, procedures, systems, and reporting tools, while building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Formal project controls or project management education (e.g., PMP, MSc/MEng in Project or Construction Management).
  • Professional engineering designation.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$80.00 and CA$100.00
