Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Keeping portfolios up to date across seven functions
- Reporting: Monthly reporting to support CIO and operational health status
- Soft Skills: High proficiency in Excel, creating pivots, and monthly status reporting
- Support: Ensuring internal delivery processes are followed

- Risk management and financial management, Scheduling and planning, Quality management and change management
- Workflow automation (Power Automate)
- Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom)
- Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Cloud platforms and database management (SQL)
- Risk and compliance tools
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$30.00 and CA$40.00
