Job Title: Project Coordinator II

Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional teams in the successful execution of projects related to liquid and natural gas pipelines. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience supporting pipeline-related initiatives, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage documentation, scheduling, and team coordination across multiple active projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate implementation and administration of assigned projects across internal and external partners.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and manage critical paths.

  • Support project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing meeting minutes, and following up on action items.

  • Assist in the identification and requisition of third-party engineering support when needed.

  • Maintain and upload project documentation into databases and tracking systems.

  • Monitor regulatory, internal, and vendor documentation for compliance and completeness.

  • Maintain calendars, project tracking tools, and metrics.

  • Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements and on-site meeting planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent international credential.

  • 4–7 years of project coordination experience, preferably within the oil & gas or energy sector, focused on liquid or natural gas pipelines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows environments.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across various stakeholders.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • PMP certification and/or engineering background a plus.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $34.00 and $36.00
