Description
The purpose of the Integration Project is to position our client as a first-choice company for employees, customers, communities, regulators, policymakers, and investors—both now and in the future. Achieving this goal requires a thorough evaluation of current operations to enhance prioritization, efficiency, and team capabilities.
The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting Integration Project teams by managing coordination, logistics, and capability-building efforts. This position will collaborate with various stakeholders to consolidate information, plan and organize key activities, and execute project and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate initiative plans with project leads to ensure alignment and execution.
- Support regular status reporting, progress tracking, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain project records, reports, and presentations.
- Organize meetings and events, preparing relevant content and materials.
- Promote project objectives and support capability-building efforts across teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of related project coordination experience.
- Proficiency in agile project management methodologies.
- Strong expertise in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $36.00 and $40.00
