Description:
Summary: The project coordinator provides additive execution capacity to the AI Adoption team during a period of accelerating adoption and rising operational load. This tole will support:

Documentation

  • Keep the user guide and reference documentation current as the product evolves.
  • Track changes to dashboard and reflect them in user-facing docs.
  • Maintain a clear change log so users can see what's new.
  • Monitor dashboard changes and validate that documentation has been properly updated.

User onboarding & enablement

  • Onboard new users to the AI adoption dashboard.
  • Build, refresh, and maintain enablement materials (quick-start guides, walkthroughs, FAQs).
  • Respond to first-line user questions and escalate edge cases to the Program Manager and technical team.
  • Create a user distribution list for documentation distribution, events, and updates

Intake, triage & feedback

  • Manage the incoming questions, requests and feedback queue across email, Teams, and feedback channels.
  • Triage by urgency and category; route to the right owner; close the loop with requesters.
  • Surface recurring themes and friction points to inform roadmap and enablement priorities.
  • Create Jira stories based on trending feedback from users.

Program operations & administrative support

  • Keep recurring processes running on schedule (cadence meetings, communications, reporting cycles).
  • Support product owner with ad hoc AI adoption initiatives.

Required qualifications

  • 4+ years in complex project environment, operations, customer success, or enablement roles, ideally within technology, or analytics teams.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Previous project coordination experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Familiarity with measurement, metrics, and analytics dashboards (Power BI or similar) from an end-user or admin perspective.
  • AI knowledge and interest
  • Strong written communication; effective in producing clear, accurate user-facing documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage a multi-channel intake queue and keep commitments visible.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) and Copilot.

Preferred qualifications

  • Exposure to AI/GenAI adoption, change management, or developer enablement programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Over 4 years of experience

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$44.00 and CA$49.00
