We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative professional to join our Portfolio Management team in a horizontal governance and insights role. • Maintain and evolve portfolio governance processes and frameworks.

  • Define, track, and report on KPIs that measure delivery performance and quality.

  • Build and maintain digital dashboards using Tableau and Excel (including macros).

  • Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

  • Track portfolio-level delivery metrics, including release dates and defect flow (Dev ? QE).

  • Present portfolio insights through compelling PowerPoint presentations to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Support operational activities such as onboarding and offboarding in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

  • Act as a central point of coordination for portfolio reporting and insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in a governance, portfolio management, reporting, or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and how projects operate.

  • Proficiency with Tableau, Excel (including macros), and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Background in portfolio management, program governance, or enterprise PMO environments.

  • Familiarity with release management metrics and quality assurance reporting.
