Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 12 Months
The Senior PM will be responsible for post-OCC planning, coordinating, and managing these activities with the functional leads:
HR
- Define new org structures and job roles
- Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Support FTE reductions and contractor conversions
Finance Workstream
- Oversee financial benefits analysis
- Assess SCA limits
- Secure sponsor approvals
Contractor/MSP/Vendor Management
- Contractor termination reviews and communications
- Manage offshore contractor transitions
- Develop steady-state transition plans and MSP agreements
- Single sourcing contracts and operating agreements
Privacy & Risk
- Coordinate PI and ProB data screening and approval
Procurement & Legal
- Drive WAR form creation and approval
- Ensure legal checks for impacted resources
Change Management
- Update operating models and ways of working
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and CCAT reviews
- Develop change stories, stabilization resources, and sustainment plans
- Conduct hypercare and employee surveys
Communications
- Update and review comms plans
- Coordinate project-related messaging and Orbit updates
Technology
- Oversee VDI support/build and automation initiatives
Learning & Development
- Create and deliver training plans and technology orientation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management
- Expertise in workforce transformation, change management, and vendor transitions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership skills
- Familiarity with legal, HR, and procurement processes
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$90.00 and CA$105.00
