About the Role
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term
project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. Project management
responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project
managers will have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
Responsibilities Include:
• Lead the development of business solutions to enhance the ability to service clients and to achieve business objectives
• Identify project objectives and create project charters
• Identify and proactively approach all stakeholders to ensure appropriate involvement,
organize project kick-off sessions, and support project sponsor as required
• Provide project leadership of multiple concurrent phases, and potentially multiple
projects
• Develop work plans, identifying project tasks, sequencing and resource requirements
• Ensure process flows, specifications and test plans are properly documented and
executed
• Manage the work of the project, ensure project goals are achieved, and issues are
clearly communicated
• Conduct research as required for projects and potential projects
• Actively participate in the further development of PMO standards and methodologies,
as appropriate for a small and dynamic organization
A great candidate for this position will have:
• Minimum University degree specializing In Business.
• Project Management Professional Designation Is preferred.
• 5-7 years’ experience in project management.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and methodologies is considered an asset / or preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross functional teams at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency In Microsoft Office, Business Objects and various statistical programs.
• Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience In the financial services or Insurance Industry Is preferred.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$50.00 and CA$65.00
