Job Title: Project Manager – Digital One Implementation

Location: Remote

Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of FIS Digital One, focusing on replacing our current check deposit software. This role is critical to enhancing our digital banking capabilities and ensuring a seamless transition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of FIS Digital One for check deposit functionalities.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated experience implementing FIS Digital One at a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of check deposit systems and related technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with check deposit teams during software transitions.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with digital banking transformation projects.
