Position Summary
Seeking two Project Managers to support Hardware Assurance (HA) process qualification, documentation, and substantiation initiatives within Gas Power and Service Center operations. This role will oversee planning-to-operation execution as programs move into the next phase of technology development.
The PM will coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, advanced manufacturing, repair operations, and service teams while managing schedules, milestones, stakeholder communication, and operational reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Hardware Assurance (HA) process qualification and substantiation activities
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and reporting
- Run stakeholder meetings and monthly operational rhythm reviews
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, repair, and service teams
- Drive process optimization and workflow streamlining initiatives
- Track and resolve milestone risks/issues to keep projects on schedule
- Communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years of business experience
- Experience in energy, industrial, or manufacturing environments
- Strong experience with process documentation and substantiation
- Smartsheet experience is REQUIRED and heavily prioritized
- Tracking
- Dashboard creation
- Schedule management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering background acceptable if project-management focused
- Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience/certification
- PMP or equivalent PM certification
- Experience with process optimization and workflow improvements
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $35.00 and $40.00
