Position Summary

Seeking two Project Managers to support Hardware Assurance (HA) process qualification, documentation, and substantiation initiatives within Gas Power and Service Center operations. This role will oversee planning-to-operation execution as programs move into the next phase of technology development.

The PM will coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, advanced manufacturing, repair operations, and service teams while managing schedules, milestones, stakeholder communication, and operational reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Hardware Assurance (HA) process qualification and substantiation activities
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and reporting
  • Run stakeholder meetings and monthly operational rhythm reviews
  • Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, repair, and service teams
  • Drive process optimization and workflow streamlining initiatives
  • Track and resolve milestone risks/issues to keep projects on schedule
  • Communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years of business experience
  • Experience in energy, industrial, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong experience with process documentation and substantiation
  • Smartsheet experience is REQUIRED and heavily prioritized

    • Schedule management
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills:
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
    • Word
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering background acceptable if project-management focused
  • Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience/certification
  • PMP or equivalent PM certification
  • Experience with process optimization and workflow improvements

 

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $35.00 and $40.00
