Job Title: Project Manager II Location: Bay City, MI

Overview:
Our Client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the safe execution of capital projects, right-of-way repairs, and operational projects within the Great Lakes Region. This role involves managing electrical and mechanical equipment repairs, pipeline modifications, tank inspections, civil repairs, and environmental monitoring support.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Engineering:
- Finalize project scope and design, ensuring compliance with company standards and risk mitigation.
- Develop RFPs, evaluate consultant qualifications, and facilitate design reviews.
- Oversee engineering documentation, change management, and critical operational plans.
Project Execution:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Identify risks, secure permits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Procure materials, manage contractors, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and oversee financial closure.
Scope & Impact:
- Lead capital and operational projects to enhance operational reliability and safety.
- Develop technical solutions to maintenance and operational challenges.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in engineering or PMP certification preferred, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline maintenance, construction, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and budget constraints.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $65.00 and $75.00
