Job Title: Project Manager – Wealth Management
Location: Vancouver, BC (Remote)

Senior Project Manager – Wealth Management
Role purpose
Provide end-to-end delivery management for the operating model and NDEX standardization initiative, from mobilization through design, build, testing, migration, cutover and transition to operations.
Core responsibilities
• Build and maintain an integrated plan covering business design, NDEX functional work, data, integrations, testing, migration, change and cutover.
• Establish practical governance, workstream cadences, decision forums, reporting and document controls.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, budget, resources, risks, issues, assumptions and decisions.
• Coordinate stakeholders across operations, compliance, finance, advisor-facing teams, data, technology and vendors.
• Drive timely decisions and escalate unresolved issues with clear recommendations and impacts.
• Plan business participation in workshops, validation, testing, training and readiness activities.
• Coordinate implementation readiness, cutover planning, hypercare and transition to steady-state ownership.
• Maintain clear executive reporting focused on accomplishments, next steps, decisions required and risks.
Expected deliverables
• Project charter, scope and integrated delivery plan
• Governance model, meeting cadence and stakeholder plan
• Milestone plan, RAID log, decision log and dependency map
• Resource, budget and vendor tracking
• Testing, readiness, cutover and hypercare plans
• Executive status
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$100.00 and CA$130.00
