Project Support Advisor
Role Overview:
- Provide comprehensive project support across all aspects of the Customer Integration project.
- Serve as an advocate for customer experience, ensuring that customer-centric principles are embedded in all solutions.
- Collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure the successful delivery of projects, with a particular emphasis on maintaining and enhancing customer experience.
- Gather and prioritize project requirements from Customer Care Operations stakeholders, working with leadership to translate these into actionable business solutions.
- Maintain regular interaction with other project teams to ensure alignment and visibility across different workstreams.
- Ensure that customer experience remains a priority throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and implement strategies to minimize customer impact during the integration process.
Qualifications:
- A related university degree and at least 4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and proven experience.
- Strong background in supporting customer-facing businesses.
- Experience with the business aspects of software development projects within the utility sector.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business requirements with technical information systems (TIS) requirements.
- Knowledge of change management and governance standards within TIS environments.
- Innovative, results-oriented, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in issue analysis, business case review, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience.
- Customer Care experience within the utility sector.
- Experience working closely with technology professionals on utility sector projects.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Involves tasks such as grasping, kneeling, light to moderate lifting (up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder height, repetitive motions, typing, sitting, standing, and visual and hearing requirements. The role may require prolonged periods of computer work.
Mental Requirements:
- Ability to understand, retain, and apply both oral and written instructions.
- Capable of analyzing complex problems, exploring alternative solutions, and organizing thoughts into clear communication.
- Able to prioritize and manage a work schedule effectively, make decisions with moderate impact, and understand and follow basic guidelines.
- Proficient in composing routine forms, letters, memoranda, and reports, and in communicating effectively via telephone.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $30.00 and $36.00
