Position Title: QA / QC Test Lead

Business group: Global Cash Management Technology –
We are a global transactions banking company; we build wire transactions for all customers.
We work closely with our Business Partners, Developers, Vendors, and various partners within the Bank to ensure we deliver successful projects that align with the overall business strategies and roadmaps ensuring the highest quality experience for the customer.
The group is a mix of business analysts, developers, and technical leads who provide value by delivering projects that meet the needs of our business line.
Project: US wire project – The project is in the execution phase, with more than 10 workstreams in the program and a team of 200 people. The project needs an automation test led to the Wires automation test.

Typical Day in Role:
- Collaborate with team members within the Scrum team to execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
- Actively participate in all Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, as part of an Agile, Scrum team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team.
- Conduct system testing to prepare for implementation.
- Identify, analyze, and document issues with the Scrum team.
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in testing, including creating and executing test plans and cases and managing defects.
- 4+ years of experience as Test Lead
- 2+ years of Payments API testing (REST and SOAP)
- 2+ years of work experience with ISO20022, SWIFT, FTM and FED
- 5+ years with Automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Appium, and Protractor.
- 8+ Years of experience with SQL skills, including complex queries, triggers, joins, and analytics functions.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Penetration and SIEM testing.
- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber and Gherkin.
- In-depth knowledge of encryption methods, tokenization, and secure payment gateway management.
- Strong understanding of PCI DSS compliance, MFA, and fraud detection techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, goCD, and Git.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with business partners, project stakeholders, strategic technology partners, and external vendors.

Education & Certificates:
- Bachelor (equivalent or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Best VS. Average Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex, multifaceted projects, as there are multiple initiatives within this project. They should possess strong test plan and strategy experience, ideally as a test lead, with expertise not only in functional testing but also in integration, regression, and non-functional testing.

1st round – Panel Interview with the Hiring manager, Engineer Leader, and other testers– Video call Ms teams 45 mins – Talk about work experience and get to know, the manager will ask questions to assess previous experience. Ex: scenario-based questions – No coding questions
The targeted start date is Sep 3oth the manager will provide a spare laptop.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$70.00 and CA$80.00
