Job Title: QA Specialist III
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 12 Months
The Integrity QA/QC Advisor provides quality assurance and quality control support for two key pipeline integrity programs: In-Line Inspection (ILI) Monitoring and Integrity Dig Mitigation. This position plays a critical role in validating the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of integrity-related documentation prior to upload into company data systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed QA/QC review of vendor-generated ILI reports and deliverables to ensure they meet company reporting standards, SOPs, and formatting/compatibility requirements for internal integrity data systems.

Act as a gatekeeper for pipeline integrity dig documentation, including technician-generated pipeline assessment records and non-destructive examination (NDE) reports.

Verify that NDE documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with field findings prior to entry into the Pipeline Integrity Management System (PIMS).

Compile, validate, and upload all pipeline assessment data into the appropriate integrity databases, enabling accurate analysis, trending, and decision-making.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (program engineers, integrity specialists, data analysts) and external vendors to resolve discrepancies or missing information identified during QA/QC review.

Track and report documentation deficiencies, providing feedback to vendors and internal teams to improve data quality and reporting consistency.
Qualifications:

Understanding of pipeline integrity concepts and processes, including ILI, integrity digs, and NDE methods (UT, MT, RT, etc.).

Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing technical reports and quality verification documentation.

Background working with ILI data and/or NDE documentation preferred.

Ability to interpret SOPs, apply data management requirements, and navigate integrity management systems.

Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with both field and office stakeholders.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $40.00 and $44.00
