Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator II
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 9 Months

Summary and Day to day responsibilities:
You are responsible for managing all aspects of Early Talent acquisition for your respective business. These responsibilities include creating and delivering presentations on and off-campus, building and maintaining a pipeline of suitable candidates across various geographies – through all stages of the recruiting pipeline, managing social media deliverables, planning, managing and executing events and large-scale conferences, assessing candidates via interview and screening, managing the referral process internally, leveraging HR technologies, candidate tracking and management (including data collection).
This position will focus on proactively attracting, identifying and selecting top talent from campuses across Canada in support of your respective business line. The position will partner with Program Managers, University Relations and the other Early Talent Recruiters to build talent pipelines based on current and anticipated talent needs. Working with the team to create and execute a consistent campus recruiting and branding strategy across our business lines will be crucial to your success in the role.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

  • 3+ years of work experience in talent attraction, having exhibited a high degree of performance
  • Strong understanding of HR Management Practices
  • Strong computer skills, with an ability to utilize our internal applicant tracking system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Campus Recruitment
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments with tight deadlines
  • Some project management skills or experience
  • Positive attitude and good communication with stakeholders

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Ability to be effective in both a team and independent working environment
  • Critical thinking with an ability to see the “big picture” in a complex matrixed environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn and make an impact
  • Problem solving and analytical capability
  • Adaptable with the ability to quickly adjust to a changing environment

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • HR designation
  • Ability to effectively sell and market positions within the client Bank Group
  • Experience in the Financial Industry is an asset
  • Experience with Workday

 

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$19.00 and CA$23.00
