Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid)

Estimated Duration: Fulltime

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Salesforce Administrator is a key member of our Business Operations function responsible for the management and administration of the company’s CRM (Salesforce).
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, this role will lead the optimization and strategic growth of our CRM platform, have a strong understanding of the salesforce ecosystem, and collaborate with business leaders to align Salesforce capabilities with organizational goals. They have deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive CRM excellence across the company.

KEY DELIVERABLES

Salesforce Administration & Optimization

+ Oversee system configurations, security settings, license and data management, release and sandbox management.
+ Continuously identify under-utilized features and design best practice solutions to enhance and automate, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
+ Lead enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with third-party applications.
+ Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security best practices are followed.
+ Lead and coordinate release management activities with IT teams and business stakeholders
+ Proactively manage system maintenance including security reviews, release updates, health check and optimizer tools

 

Strategic CRM Planning & Business Alignment

+ Partner with leadership, sales, marketing, implementation and service teams to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.
+ Gather requirements and establish best practices and scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
+ Contribute to CRM strategy, governance, and best practices to maximize business impact.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to drive efficiency.
+ Evaluate requests to uncover underlying business needs, engaging stakeholders with curiosity to design solutions that address root causes rather than just symptoms.

 

Mentorship & Team Development

+ Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Salesforce administrators.
+ Deliver training, best practices, and guidance to improve team proficiency.
+ Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing

 

User Support, Reporting & Analytics

+ Support end users by troubleshooting issues, managing user requests, and enhancing adoption.
+ Design and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights.
+ Remain active in the salesforce community and promote a continuous learning mindset

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ 2- 5 years of Salesforce experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
+ Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin preferred); additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
+ Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Apex triggers, Process Builder), and integrations.
+ Experience guiding and mentoring junior administrators or cross-functional teams.
+ Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and implement scalable solutions.
+ Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Sales/Service Cloud.
+ Experience working with functional business leads to define processes that support operational needs
+ Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI).
+ Experience in a business analyst or consultant role related to Salesforce.
+ Experience in change management and governance
+ Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
+ Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

+ Advanced skills with all Salesforce automation tools including, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, etc.
+ Experience in development and deployment of high quality and scalable business solutions on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, based on industry best practices and business needs
+ Administrator experience in a Salesforce environment where at least two of the following salesforce products were deployed: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud
+ Apex, Integration (Connectors, Mule, API, Postman) and DevOps experience is desired.
 

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$65,000 and CA$75,000
