Job Title: Salesforce Lead Architect / Developer

Job Overview
We are seeking a senior Salesforce Lead Architect/Developer to lead enterprise architecture and implementation for a complex Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud transformation initiative.
This individual will act as the primary technical authority, responsible for solution design, cross-cloud architecture, security frameworks, integration strategy, and development governance.
The role requires both deep hands-on development expertise and executive-level architectural leadership within a regulated insurance environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Translate business strategies into scalable technical designs.
- Define data models, security frameworks, and integration patterns.
- Architect multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (FSC, Marketing Cloud, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
- Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), flows, and APIs.
- Architect Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and Contact Builder data models.
- Lead AI-assisted workflow design leveraging Agentforce.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Provide architectural mentorship and governance oversight.
- Lead technical workshops and architecture reviews.
- Design and guide integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
- Ensure compliance with industry security standards and Salesforce Well-Architected guidelines.
- Partner with QA to define testing strategy and quality controls.
- Establish governance documentation and architecture artifacts.
Qualifications
Required:
- 15+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
- Proven leadership on large-scale enterprise Salesforce programs
- Deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud data models
- Advanced Marketing Cloud experience (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder)
- Strong development skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC
- Experience designing enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware)
- Strong understanding of security models, OAuth, SSO
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise stakeholders
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$135.00 and CA$145.00
