Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Architect:
Looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Architect to lead high-priority platform implementation projects and ongoing platform support across marketing automation, journey orchestration, CDP, loyalty and offer management platforms. This position sits within our Technology team, but will regularly interface with a large, cross-functional team of developers, solution architects, marketing strategists and digital marketing specialists to help bring digital customer experiences to life. As such, the ideal candidate will be dynamic and flexible with a strong affinity toward data and process.
This position necessitates knowledge of varying industry trends, marketing automation enablement, campaign best practices, data management best practices and associated digital marketing technologies, so the ideal candidate should possess a desire to continually learn, improve and apply subject matter expertise to individual client needs.

Responsibilities:
- Available to respond on Slack during normal business hours **
- Client-facing role with communication and technical responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Oversee the Session M platform and help with user data setup within the CDP (Customer Data Platform)
- Act as the technical go-to person for the team
- Engage directly with the client: discuss future projects, provide technical overviews, and address any issues or gaps
- Collaborate with the client to identify and resolve technical problems
- Provide high-level strategy and lead conversations when necessary
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expertise
- Proficient in SQL
- JavaScript knowledge is a plus (familiarity preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Comfortable in a self-driven role, ready to take charge in situations of ambiguity

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $43.00 and $70.00
