SAP Fieldglass Lead
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative focused on contingent workforce management and workforce process optimization. This role will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP Fieldglass while serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Fieldglass, contingent workforce management processes, and enterprise integrations, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver scalable solutions that support business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end functional design and implementation of SAP Fieldglass solutions.

Configure and optimize SAP Fieldglass modules, including Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Profile Worker Management.

Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document current-state processes, and define future-state solutions.

Design and support integrations between SAP Fieldglass and enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and other related platforms.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations aligned with industry best practices and clean core principles.

Support data migration, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.

Develop and maintain design documentation, process flows, decision logs, and solution specifications.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and issue resolution activities.

Provide governance over approval workflows, rate structures, contractor classifications, and exception management processes.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure operational readiness, training, and successful adoption of new processes.

Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP Fieldglass capabilities and recommend opportunities for process improvement and simplification.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

7+ years of SAP experience with significant hands-on SAP Fieldglass expertise.

Experience leading or supporting at least one full SAP Fieldglass implementation or transformation project.

Strong understanding of contingent workforce management processes, including:

Hands-on experience configuring SAP Fieldglass workflows, templates, rate structures, and data mappings.

Experience designing and supporting integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Workday, or related enterprise platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Experience within energy, utilities, oil & gas, or other highly regulated industries.

Familiarity with clean core implementation methodologies and SAP best practices.

Experience with data migration, master data governance, and system reconciliation activities.

Knowledge of contractor compliance and workforce management processes.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $58.00 and $62.00
