Scrum Master, Network and Cloud

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives across a number of high-impact cloud and network infrastructure migration projects. The Scrum Master will be instrumental in aligning this migration with Agile and SAFe practices. This role requires close coordination with various internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile processes across the cloud migration team using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Lead PI planning sessions, maintain PI boards, and drive continuous improvement and delivery.
- Ensure consistent sprint and backlog refinement, adhering to Agile best practices.
- Collaborate with program managers, technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure all efforts are aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Jira and other Atlassian tools to monitor progress and provide visibility to leadership.
- Support the team in identifying and resolving blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospective facilitation and action tracking.
- Maintain a high level of communication and coordination with executive stakeholders, delivering updates in a clear and timely manner.
- Act as a coach and advocate for Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to SAFe principles within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, supporting large scale network and cloud infrastructure projects within an enterprise organization.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, connectivity, and cloud architecture, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with VMware to AVS (Azure VMware Solution) migration projects is essential.
- Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucid and other Atlassian products.
- Experience with enterprise processes, particularly within the financial and insurance sectors (F&I), and familiarity with PCI compliance is an asset.
- SAFe certification and delivery experience is highly preferred.
- Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSM) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent formal education in Agile is an asset.
