Our Client a Medical IT consultancy is looking for a Senior BA / Project Manager for their Surrey BC, location

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple FDA regulatory submissions across actively releasing medical software products
• Support regulatory approval processes including FDA (e.g., SaMD) and Canadian regulatory pathways
• Own the regulatory submission lifecycle, from planning through approval, in partnership with Regulatory Affairs
• Ensure documentation, traceability, and compliance requirements are aligned with regulatory standards
• Track submission milestones, dependencies, and risks across parallel product releases
• Act as the primary bridge between Software Development and Regulatory Submission teams
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear functional and technical deliverables for development teams
• Facilitate requirements gathering, documentation, and impact analysis related to regulatory needs
• Take control of day-to-day project coordination and planning across multiple regulatory initiatives
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies in a fast-moving, multi-product environment
• Balance competing priorities and “spinning plates” across product releases and regulatory deadlines
• Provide clear status reporting and escalation to leadership as needed
• Apply structured project management methodologies to ensure predictable delivery.
• Support software lifecycle management within a regulated environment
• Ensure changes, releases, and updates follow appropriate regulatory controls and processes

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience working in the medical industry
• Experienced with project management best practices and procedures.
• Experience working with FDA regulatory processes
• PMP certification
