Senior Change Management Consultant
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a high-profile enterprise transformation initiative involving the introduction of new digital capabilities, AI-enabled tools, and evolving ways of working across a geographically distributed stakeholder population.
The successful candidate will partner closely with business, technology, and project teams to develop and execute change strategies that drive stakeholder readiness, adoption, engagement, and sustained business outcomes.
This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong consulting skills, comfort working with ambiguity, and the ability to deliver practical change solutions within aggressive timelines.


Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated change management plans aligned to project objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and identify organizational readiness risks.
  • Assess adoption barriers and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support change governance, reporting, and leadership engagement activities.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions.
  • Support the development of stakeholder engagement and sponsorship plans.
  • Gather feedback and insights to inform change interventions.

Communications & Change Enablement

  • Develop communication strategies, key messages, and supporting materials.
  • Create executive presentations, stakeholder updates, FAQs, and change artifacts.
  • Ensure communications are practical, audience-focused, and aligned across stakeholder groups.

Learning & Adoption

  • Support development and execution of learning, training, and enablement plans.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into user-friendly learning experiences.
  • Create adoption support materials including guides, job aids, and facilitator resources.
  • Help establish post-launch support and reinforcement activities.

Measurement & Readiness

  • Track readiness, engagement, and adoption indicators.
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback and recommend course corrections.
  • Support reporting on change progress, risks, issues, and key outcomes.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of organizational change management experience supporting large-scale transformations.
  • Proven experience supporting technology, digital, process, or operating model changes.
  • Experience designing and executing stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies.
  • Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong consulting, influence, and relationship management capabilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting AI, digital, analytics, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with large, distributed frontline or operational workforces.
  • Experience supporting adoption of new tools, platforms, or ways of working.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery environments.
  • Prosci certification or equivalent change management methodology considered an asset.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$75.00 and CA$90.00
