Job Title: Senior Change Management Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Modernization Consultant to transform our change management practices and establish robust governance frameworks across the organization. The Sr. Change Management Coordinator is responsible for leading complex change initiatives and ensuring their successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and change approval process
- Manage the change schedule and resolve conflicts
- Implement and maintain change control processes
- Ensure smooth execution of changes with minimal business impact
- Oversee and mentor the team of Change Practitioners
- Collaborate with other ITSM teams to assess and mitigate change-related risks
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT change management
- ITIL certification (at least Intermediate level)
- Strong understanding of change management processes and best practices
- Experience in managing complex IT changes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$106.00 and CA$85,000
