  • Support various database technologies (relational and non-relational), ensuring performance, availability, and resilience.

Observability & Reliability

  • Implement monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing tools.
  • Establish proactive alerting, incident response, and performance management practices.
  • Contribute to reliability engineering and operational excellence initiatives.

Programming & Scripting

  • Develop automation scripts and tooling using Python, Bash, and Go.
  • Contribute to internal platform engineering tools and DevOps workflows.

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture designs.
  • Support testing validation, QA coordination, and solution verification processes.

Skills and Qualifications
Required Qualifications

  • Strong expertise across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
  • Proven experience managing Kubernetes and containerized environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible for IaC.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise networking and security fundamentals.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure or high-performance compute workloads.
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash, and/or Go.
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and requirement-gathering skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated enterprise environments (e.g., financial services).
  • Familiarity with AI enablement tools and enterprise AI governance frameworks.
  • Experience implementing observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
