The Transformation Integration and Adoption team is a newly formed strategic function within the Transformation Office, focused on driving and measuring people and process adoption of high-impact, ‘new ways of working’ workstreams across the organization. Grounded in core change management principles, the team ensures that individuals and teams are equipped, supported, and empowered to drive adoption and deliver sustainable change.

This includes (but not limited to) collaborating with key partners (primarily HR, Technology, and 3rd party partners) to bring change and adoption tactics to life.
Immediate workstreams this role will focus on (subject to change): Supporting the newly launched Retail Operating Model (i.e. CCO/COO integration, operationalizing roles & intents, etc.), Tech Decision Framework (i.e. clarity on who, when, what, and how decisions around technology are being made) and Capability Management (i.e. resetting our organization around capabilities vs. business functions).
Key Responsibilities (for assigned initiative only, with input from AVP and initiative lead; not all may be applicable for each assignment):
Phase 1: Prepare Approach (Awareness & Desire)

- Develop change & adoption strategy and roadmap; align with executive sponsors and business leaders on output
Phase 2: Manage Change (Knowledge & Ability)
- Design and deliver communication and engagement plans
- Coordinate training and enablement programs (in partnership with HR, training teams where relevant)
- Monitor adoption progress using qualitative and quantitative metrics, feedback vehicles, etc.
- Where relevant, lead or support workshops, coaching sessions, and engagement activities to build desired initiative capabilities and outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate resistance through targeted interventions and visibility
Phase 3: Sustain Outcomes (Reinforcement)
- Develop reinforcement strategies including recognition, feedback loops, and performance integration.
- Track and report on adoption KPIs and business impact.
- Celebrate wins and share success stories; capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Additional Responsibilities
- As this is a new team, actively participate in improving and defining team scope and ways of working; this includes (but not limited to) development of adoption frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits.
What You Bring:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading change management, learning content curation and program / project management
- Curious & Growth Mindset: Thrives in ambiguity and able to form a clear path where one does not currently exist, while bringing others along the journey. Naturally curious and inquisitive, takes initiative to understand gaps in knowledge.
