Senior Oracle Fusion Data Integration Analyst

Strategic Importance:
This role is crucial to our clients’ strategic goals, particularly for the Finance and Accounting teams. By efficiently integrating and managing data from Oracle Fusion, the Senior Oracle Fusion Data Integration Analyst will enable these teams to access accurate and timely financial data, supporting critical financial reporting as well as balance and reconciliation processes. This seamless data integration ensures that our financial operations are robust and reliable, enhancing our ability to make informed decisions, maintain compliance, and drive overall organizational success. The role also supports our broader business intelligence and analytics capabilities, contributing to our long-term growth and innovation initiatives.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Data Integration Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Fusion APIs, data extraction, and loading data into data warehouses. This role requires a deep understanding of data integration processes, API management, and data warehousing best practices. Additionally, the candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Oracle Fusion data model and experience building Power BI reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • API Integration: Develop and manage API integrations with Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring efficient data extraction and loading processes.
  • Data Extraction: Utilize Oracle Fusion REST APIs to extract data, implementing pagination to handle large data sets.
  • Data Loading: Load extracted data into SQL Server data warehouses, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize API calls and data loading processes to improve performance and reduce latency.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data integration processes, API configurations, and data warehouse schemas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including BI, Software Development and Data Scientists to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Data Modeling: Leverage extensive knowledge of the Oracle Fusion data model to ensure accurate and efficient data integration.
  • Reporting: Build and maintain Power BI reports to provide actionable insights from integrated data.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion APIs and data integration.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion REST APIs and data extraction techniques.
    • Extensive knowledge of the Oracle Fusion data model.
    • Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica).
    • Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems.
    • Experience building and maintaining Power BI reports.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Nice to have:
    • Knowledge of data security and compliance standards such as NIST, ISO 12001
    • Certification in Oracle Fusion or related technologies.
    • Experience with ETL / ELT tools, processes and best practices.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$70.00 and CA$85.00
